Care Instructions:
Please note that pieces are hand dyed, printed, stamped, or painted. Characteristics of this may include slight variation of color throughout. No two pieces will be alike, each piece varying from from the next, this is the beauty of hand dyeing! Pieces are meant to have a vintage like look and feel, graphics are made to look vintage and will vary. Garments come washed and ready to wear. Hand dyed garments are preshrunk and should not shrink further if care instructions are followed.
Wash separately or with like colors for the first 1-2 washes to remove any excess dye. Wash on cold with gentle detergent with like colors. Dry with like colors on low to medium heat.
Our rayon fabric is 100% high quality rayon from Bali. It is a woody bush that is locally farmed and grows quickly without using pesticides or fertilizers; hence it is an earth friendly renewable source. Rayon is more delicate than cotton, especially when wet. Delicate washing and drying is highly recommended. It is much a much weaker fiber when wet, therefore it is important to support and lift the entire garment out of the wash. Slight nubs, bumps, and dye variations or 'striping' are natural for this fiber and are not flaws.
Clay pieces should be handled with care.
Knitwear should be washed on delicate cold with gentle detergent and like colors, lay flat or hang to dry.
Sustainable vintage pieces should be washed on delicate cold and hung to dry.
To lengthen the life of all your garments, washing should only happen if your garment is soiled.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:
Please be sure of your purchase. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges. If there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving order so we can correct the problem immediately.
Processing:
Each piece is crafted to order, please note the processing time on all pieces is 2-4 weeks depending on the current volume of orders. If you need your piece sooner, please email shop with your concerns. Processing times will be updated frequently on Instagram @hillfolk.co
Shipping:
Economy shipping typically takes 3-8 days to deliver dependent on state. Priority shipping should be selected if item is needed in a timely manner or you would like the package insured. Once shipped, tracking numbers will be provided via email or text. Hillfolk is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or delayed packages. All claims should be made through USPS by the buyer. Any additional out of country taxes or customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
