About Kaylee Stockton, owner Hillfolk - 

I grew up in a tiny 4,000 population town in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. We are called hillfolks. That lifestyle has made me into the woman I am and completely shaped my style, this is where the name was born. 

I'm now raising my two girls with my husband in this same town on 6 acres of heaven, living the simple life. 

This little shop was started in 2015 with a lot of work and a dream of making making minimalist and timeless pieces, while remaining as sustainable and ethical as possible. Each piece is made ethically with love. Garments are a mix of handmade designs and responsibly sourced designs - all made from high quality natural fibers. I dye each piece in small batches in my studio with professional low impact dyes. All graphics are designed in my studio and printed or stamped by hand using professional permanent ink. All clay pieces are designed and hand made in my studio using professional polymer clay.
